Navigate to the Logic Pro X sample folders stored on. The folders you want to move to your external sample hard drive are EXS Factory Samples and Ultrabeat Samples. Go to Logic’s Channel Strip and add Serum. They’re basically multitasking metronomes with funk in the trunk. While you’re waiting, think about drum machines. Reminded me I was alive, but didn't make me smile! I'm sure it isn't meant to work this way but I fear using it again. Most of the samples for the sample based instruments inside of logic Pro X are stored in Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Logic.
